Hello ratnajati, 到底(dào dǐ) means "on earth", and 其实(qí shí) means "actually". For example,
nǐ dào dǐ qù bu qù ?
你 到 底 去 不 去 ?
Will you go or not?
qí shí tā huì shuō zhōnɡ wén 。
其 实 他 会 说 中 文 。
Actually he can speak Chinese.

Hi Paul! Well, for your replay "how can I help you," literally translation in Chinese is "我怎么帮你?(Wǒ zěnme bāng nǐ?)" Or you can say "我能帮你做什么?(Wǒ néng bāng nǐ zuò shénme?)" :)
