Alan Jackson's music should be "Alan Jackson de yīnyuè." So the sentence should be "Wǒ xǐhuan Alan Jackson de yīnyuè.

"de" is very important in Chinese, most of the time it could not be omitted, not like in English. Can you give another example using "de"?
