 Nǐ hǎo Cai Meimei! Hěn gāoxìng rènshi nǐ!(Nice to meet you!) I guess you mean "xué shēng"(student) by using "xie shen". 

Pay attention to the "ü" sound in Chinese pinyin, it is supposed to have two dots on the top of it. But when "ü" and all the finals contain "ü" pronounced together with the initial consonants "j q x y," there are no two dots on the top of them, but still pronounced as "ü." For example "qù," means to go. "Yuè" means moon, and so on. I hope this helps you! : )
