takak, ni3 hao3! Thanks for your message. The right answer is "哪位是你的男朋友?" "Nǎ wèi shì nǐ de nán péngyou?"
The character "那" means "that." "哪" means "which."
The second sentence is gramatically correct. But it doesnt's make sence in this suitation. In English, you can't say "which boyfriend is yours?" Right? "Jiā yóu!"
