How would I say: Where have you been? I haven't seen you around? I haven't seen you around recently? Thank you!

Hi yaquicuevas1984! Your sentences are all about looking for someone in the past. (Now you have found him/her.)
Where have you been?=你去哪儿了?(Nǐ qù nǎr le?)
I haven't seen you around recently?=最近没有看到你?(Zuìjìn méiyǒu kàn dào nǐ?)
In this two sentences, both 了(le) and 没(méi) are used to describe the things happened in the past.
By the way, we have some lessons about "méi," you can watch them if you like.
