Peter F. says
Hi Ellie
A employee comes late to work in the morning, and he looks very tired.
Then I could say something like.
Nĭ zuótiān hē jiǔ ba?
or if your girfriend comes home late you could say
Nĭ qù le jiǔbā ba?

Is the grammar ok or not

“了(le)” should be added to the first sentence, so it should be“你昨天喝酒了吧?(Nǐ zuótiān hējiǔ le ba?)” The second sentence “你去了酒吧吧?(Nǐ qù le jiǔbā ba?)” is correct.
