Hello altherwiba,
You can learn how to pronounce them by watching the two lessons:
“sh”: When you pronounce it, put the tongue tip upward close to the hard palate, then release the air with friction. The vocal cord has no vibration.
“x”: When you pronounce it, raise the tongue close to the hard palate to release the air with friction.
